Large Group Team

Purpose: to oversee the planning and execution of the weekly RUF meetings.

Suggested Responsibilities

• Organize and consider creative ways to get announcements across to people.
• Work with Music Team to maintain their needs: keep physical needs (mikes, cords, sound, guitar strings, etc.) before the campus minister. Also, help secure musicians for Sunday Night Fellowship.
• Have students to pass out announcement sheet with message outline before large group (greeter double duty?)
• Set up and break down of sound system.
• Clean up after large group. This is a big deal, our policy is to make sure that the room looks better than it was when we came.
• Reserve a location for RUF before each semester.
