HOW CAN I HELP!!?

Well, for those of us who have been doing RUF for a while, these words are music to our ears. There are few greater joys that we have than knowing that there are friends of this ministry "out there" who are taking ownership of this ministry, to see it as their ministry.

There are two ways you can help.

PRAYING

I understand how trite it can sound to say this, but we have learned enough about ourselves and campus ministry in our 15 years of service to know that we would rather die than try to make this ministry happen without God's people praying. Jesus said that if we, being evil, know how to give good gifts to our children, how much more will he send the Holy Spirit to those who ask. There has no been one RUF that I have overseen in my years of work where we have not asked for the Holy Spirit to be at work in our group. THAT is our number one, constant request. Would you pray for us?

GIVING

Many people do not realize that RUF at Ole Miss exists purely through the gracious support of churches and individuals who are interested in helping this ministry. If you are interested in partnering with Les and Ginger Newsom in financial support of this ministry, the process is quite simple and easy.

First, all donations to RUF Ole Miss may be mailed to our home office in Jackson, MS at the following address:

Just make sure that you designate the gift for RUF Ole Miss in the memo line of your check. All these donations, of course are tax deductible and will be promptly receipted for tax records purposes.

Les and Ginger would sincerely ask that you would be in continual prayer about their financial support. All RUF's in the state of Mississippi benefit from Ole Miss' support base, so the vision is regional as well as local.
